We have delivered a second course in Portsmouth for existing practitioners in the city already working with children and young people on Personal, social, health,economic and citizenship education.
The course is NOCN accredited at level 3 and will enable you to deliver in schools, colleges, universities and the community the above subject headings.
The course is 2 months long with attendance at the once a week full days being mandatory. You will also deliver 4 pieces of work with young people one of which will be tutor observed on the subjects of emotional health, well being and healthy lifestyles, drugs and substance misuse, sexual health and relationships. The 4th session is of your and/or the young peoples' choosing but the course will also cover Citizenship, Diversity and Economic Wellbeing.
You will gradually build a portfolio of evidence of your learning throughout the course developing this into an ongoing resource pack for your own use.
We encourage self analysis and assessment and the sharing of experiences, skills, expertise, knowledge and resources across a multi-disciplinary team.

The cost of registration is £65.00 the rest of the course is subsidised by Portsmouth City Council's Adolescent Health Project.
